Peel and wash carrots
Grate with grater
Add 2 tbsp ghee in pan or kadahi
Trun on flame,
Add grated carrot in kadahi,
On medium flame roast carrot 8-10 minutes,till all water absorbe
Add milk ,sugar,malai(cream), cardamom powder, and stir regularly for another 10-15 minutes till milk reduce and thick
Add cashew nuts, raisins, almonds,kesar
Stir continuously for 4-5 minutes more
Remove from heat, decorate with slice almonds
