1 small TOMATO
1 GREEN CHILI optional
2 large EGGS
1 Grated CHEESE MONEREY JACK orange and white, pinch of SALT, pinch of RED CHILI POWDER, pinch of TURMERIC, pinch of CHAAT MASALA, pinch of BLACK PEPPER POWDER
Directions
First mix thin chopped onion and tomato and green chilli with eggs
Now add all the spices slowly and whisk properly
Now spread few drops of olive oil and spread a very thin layer of OMELLETE mixture at pan at very low flame.otherwise omlete will burn faster
Now spread grated cheese
Now it will start melting and fastly spread another layer of OMELLETE mixture and cover the utensil
Turn the flame off and serve with sauce your yummy and nutritious egg pizza
