Protein Pack Uttapam Stuffed With Paneer

Moong lentils 1 cup
Semolina 1/2 cup
Spinach 1 bunch
Green chilies 1
Coriander leaves 4 tbs
Peas 1/2 cup
Black pepper 1 tbs
Chaat masala 1 tbs
Grated paneer 1 cup
Salt 1 tbs
Oil 1 tbs
Baking soda 1/2 tbs
Carrots 1 cup
First of all soak the lentils over night.
Next day grind the lentils and boiled spinach together to make a fine paste.
Now transfer into large mixing bowl ,add semolina, salt, baking soda and combine. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile grate , chop the veggies, paneer and keep aside. Boil the peas and keep it ready.
Now preheat the non stick pan and spread some oil. Now spread the prepared batter and keep the flame low medium. Next drizzle some oil and spread the chopped onion, carrot then peas. Cover it and cook it for 5 minutes.
After some time open the lid and add grated paneer over that. Then spread black pepper powder and chaat masala.
Next spread some more oil and cover , cookit for 5 minutes more.
When its done take the uttapam out on a plate. Repeat the process to make other uttapams.
Serve hot with any chutney or dip.
