Ingredients

  • 5 pieces Leftover dhokla


  • 1 onion


  • 1 tsp sesame seeds


  • 3 curry leaves


  • 1 tsp grated coconut


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 2 green chillies chopped


  • 1 tsp coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp muatard seeds


  • 1 tsp urad dal


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 2 tsp oil

Directions

  • Heat oil and add mustard seeds.
  • Add curry leaves ,chillies and saute.
  • Add onions and saute till it gets golden.
  • Add coconut , salt, red chilli and ,coriander and turmeric powder
  • Mix well and saute. Chop dhokla in small pieces and add in the pan. Saute till it becomes fried.
  • Add coriander leaves and sprinkle some sesame seeds coconut. sugar and squeeze lemon if required.
