Heat oil and add mustard seeds.
Add curry leaves ,chillies and saute.
Add onions and saute till it gets golden.
Add coconut , salt, red chilli and ,coriander and turmeric powder
Mix well and saute. Chop dhokla in small pieces and add in the pan. Saute till it becomes fried.
Add coriander leaves and sprinkle some sesame seeds coconut. sugar and squeeze lemon if required.
