  • 3 and half gallon cow milk

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar


  • Boil whole milk first
  • When just it start looking boiling just add the apple cider vinegar
  • Turn the gas off
  • But shake the boiling milk until it burst properly and just water instead of milk
  • Now stain it slowly and wash the paneer left on cotton cloth with cold water
  • Wrap it and rinse it and let sit after hanging it to stain whole extra water from paneer
  • Your homemade jabardast paneer is ready and make salad or eat it raw by sprinkling rock salt on it.full of protein
