Boil whole milk first
When just it start looking boiling just add the apple cider vinegar
Turn the gas off
But shake the boiling milk until it burst properly and just water instead of milk
Now stain it slowly and wash the paneer left on cotton cloth with cold water
Wrap it and rinse it and let sit after hanging it to stain whole extra water from paneer
Your homemade jabardast paneer is ready and make salad or eat it raw by sprinkling rock salt on it.full of protein
