Stuffing Mince: 1/4 kg Chicken Mince Salt (as required) 1 tsp Chilli flakes Lemon juice 1/2 Onion (chopoed) 1 tsp Garlic paste dash of Blackpepper powder few Corriander leaves (chopped) Drumstick Marination: 1 kg Drumsticks (slit on the inner side) 2 tbsp Yogurt 1 tbsp Garlic paste 1 tsp Ginger paste Salt (as required) 2 tsp Chilli powder 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
Directions
Mince Meat: saute mince with spices and lemon juice, in three tablespoon oil till done, keep off flame add onions and corriander leaves and mix well let it cool dwn. How to prepare: Fill a tablespoon of chicken mince in slitted drumsticks and seal with thread. Then marinate the filled drumsticks with the below marination keep in fridge for three hours then chargrill or grill in oven. NB: Kaghzi Kebab is a barbequed tikka drumstick which is stuffed with cooked kheema (chicken mince meat)
