Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cup dalia


  • 2 tsp ghee


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1/4 tsp hing


  • 2 onion


  • 1 tsp ginger


  • 2 green chilli


  • 2 tbsp carrot


  • 2 tbsp boiled peas


  • 1 tsp boiled beetroot


  • 2 dry red chillies


  • 10 curry leaves


  • 7-8 cashews


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 lemon's juice

Directions

  • Roast dalia and transfer in a plate
  • Heat ghee in pan add jeera ,rai and hing
  • Sputter them and add ginger ,chilli
  • Add curry leaves and carrot
  • Cook a little
  • Then add beetroot and boiled peas
  • In a vessel boil 3 cup of water
  • Add spices in cooked vegetables
  • Add hald cashews
  • And add dalia mix all of them
  • Add hot water and cook 5 min covered
  • Stir in between
  • When dalia cooked turn off gas
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and cashews
  • Serve this healthy,full of protein breakfast and keep everybody energetic
