Roast dalia and transfer in a plate
Heat ghee in pan add jeera ,rai and hing
Sputter them and add ginger ,chilli
Add curry leaves and carrot
Cook a little
Then add beetroot and boiled peas
In a vessel boil 3 cup of water
Add spices in cooked vegetables
Add hald cashews
And add dalia mix all of them
Add hot water and cook 5 min covered
Stir in between
When dalia cooked turn off gas
Garnish with coriander leaves and cashews
Serve this healthy,full of protein breakfast and keep everybody energetic
