3 pcs (l/s) Fish Fillet 4 Potatoes (peeled and cubed) 1 tsp Garlic paste 1 tsp Salt Lemon juice dash of Turmeric powder Additional: 4 tsp Green chillies (pounded) 1 tsp Jeera powder 1/2 bunch Corriander leaves (chopped) 1/4 bunch Mint leaves (pounded) Lemon juice (as required)
Boil all in quartre cup of water on low flame till done and dry. Mash potatoes and shredd fish put in a bowl. Additional: Mix this with fish and potato mixture then shape in cutlets. Beat three eggs add little salt and chilli powder. Dip each cutlet in beaten egg and shallow fry, put three or four at a time till golden brown color. Serve with mint and coconut chutney.
