Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cup paneer


  • 1 cup capsicum


  • 1 cup onion


  • 2 tomatoes


  • 1 green chilli


  • 4 cloves of garlic


  • 2 tbsp ghee


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 1 bay leaf


  • 4 peppercorns


  • 2 cloves


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp jeera powder


  • 1 tsp gram masala

Directions

  • Chop paneer,capsicum and onion in square pieces
  • Chop tomato finely
  • Heat ghee add jeera
  • Add bay leaf and other whole spices
  • Add ginger and chilli
  • And add chop tomatoes let them cook till mushy
  • Add all spices except garam masala
  • Let them cook and add capsicum and onion
  • Cook them 2-3 min.and add paneer
  • Mix all of them and coat in gravy
  • Don't cook too much
  • Add garam masala and coriander leaves
  • Serve with paratha or phulka
