Wash cauliflower and cut the florets, also chop the leaves and keep aside.
Heat oil and add mustard seeds.
When it pops up add cauliflower florets and leaves, tomato ,potatoes and ginger. Mix well.
Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and cover the lid.
Let it cook for 5 minutes. Add some water and cook for 5 more minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
