Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 grated brocalli


  • 1 green chilli


  • 1 inch chop ginger


  • 1 tbsp ginger onion powder


  • 1 tbsp cornflour


  • 1 egg


  • 1 tsp Salt or as per taste


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder

Directions

  • Grate brocalli and mix ginger and chilli in it
  • Add all spices
  • Beat egg and mix in it
  • Mix cornflour
  • Heat tawa and grease it
  • With spoon make small fritters
  • And cook by adding little oil from both sides
  • Serve hot these healthy full of protein fritters with sauce or chutney
