Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1 grated brocalli

  • 1 green chilli

  • 1 inch chop ginger

  • 1 tbsp ginger onion powder

  • 1 tbsp cornflour

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp Salt or as per taste

  • 1/2 tsp haldi

  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder

Directions

    Grate brocalli and mix ginger and chilli in it

  • 02

    Add all spices

  • 03

    Beat egg and mix in it

  • 04

    Mix cornflour

  • 05

    Heat tawa and grease it

  • 06

    With spoon make small fritters

  • 07

    And cook by adding little oil from both sides

  • 08

    Serve hot these healthy full of protein fritters with sauce or chutney
