Ingredients

  • 1 big Onion 6 to 7 Garlic pods 4 Badam 2 green Chilli 1 tsp Olive oil 1tsp salt 1/2 tbsp flax seeds 1 tsp Tamarind paste

Directions

  • Heat the pan add oil when oil is hot add roughly chopped onion garlic badam flax seeds green chilli fry until raw smell evaporates.
  • Keep aside to cool when it is completely cool grind to coarse paste with salt and tamarind paste add little water if needed
  • Serve with dosa chapati mudde or with idli .
