1 big Onion 6 to 7 Garlic pods 4 Badam 2 green Chilli 1 tsp Olive oil 1tsp salt 1/2 tbsp flax seeds 1 tsp Tamarind paste
Heat the pan add oil when oil is hot add roughly chopped onion garlic badam flax seeds green chilli fry until raw smell evaporates.
Keep aside to cool when it is completely cool grind to coarse paste with salt and tamarind paste add little water if needed
Serve with dosa chapati mudde or with idli .
