Ingredients

250 grams paneer
4 tablespoon corn flour
2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2 tablespoon Schezwan chutney
2 tablespoon white vinegar
2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
2 tablespoon soya sauce
7 cup Oil for frying
1 teaspoon ginger grated
2 tablespoon roasted peanut
1 teaspoon Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon honey
Directions
Cut the paneer lenth wise.
First, we crush the peanuts but do not make powder of it.
In a mixing bowl, add 2 tablespoon corn flour and all purpose flour , red chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, tomato ketchup, soya souce and schezwan chutney and mix it well.
Add little water and make semi thick batter. Heat oil in a pan.
Coat the paneer with batter and put it into hot oil. If oil is not hot paneer stick in base.
Fry it for 1 to 1.5 minutes on medium flame. After that flip it.
Fry it for another minute and take it out and keep it aside.Repeat the process for remaining.
Put skewers or tooth pick in each paneer stick.
Heat a another pan and add 2 teaspoon oil.
When oil is hot add garlic and fry it for few seconds.
Add crushed peanuts and fry it for few seconds.Add schezwan chutney, tomato ketchup, soya sauce and vinegar and stir it.
Add little salt and red chilli powder and mix it well.Add little water in 2 teaspoon corn flour and stir it.
Put the fried paneer sticks into the sauce.After one minute flip it.And cover the pan and cook it for few seconds on low flames.
