  • Wheat flour 1 cup

  • Toor 1/2 cup

  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

  • Finely chopped green chillies 2

  • Red chilly powder 1/4 tsp

  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Carom seeds 1/4 tsp

  • Onion seeds 1/4 tsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Finely chopped onion 2 tbsp

  • Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp

  • Oil 2 tbsp

    Soak toor dal for 4 - 5 hours,drain and crush in the blender like dalia. Take a large bowl add wheat flour,crushed toor dal,green chilly,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,coriander leaves,salt.onion seeds,carom seeds ,salt and one tbsp oil and mix well. Make a soft dough with the help of little water. Keep aside for fifteen mins. Divide the dough into equal size balls,roll them with rolling pin. On a heated pan make paratha applying oil on both sides. Serve hot.
