Paneer 200g (Cube cut) Green peas 1 cup Chopped onion 2 Tomato 1 Garlic 4-5 clove Ginger 1 piece Green chilly 2 Chopped coriander 2 tsp Kasoori Methi 1 tsp Turmerik powder 1 tsp Dry coriander powder 1 tsp Garam masala 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Oil 1/4 cup
Heat oil in a pressure cooker Add chopped onion and fry till light brown Grind tomato, garlic, ginger and green chilly Add grind mixture and few water in onions..stir Add whole masala and stir Cook till oil remove on medium flame Add peas stir well and cook for a minute Add one cup of water and close the lid wait for one whistle and turn off the gas Let wait for rest pressure release own Open cooker lid Add Paneer cubes...stir Close lid and leave for 20-30 minutes open lid of pressure cooker before serving Thick gravy Matar-Paneer dish is ready I suggest make dish before at least 30 minutes before serving.
