Take all ingredients in a large bowl. And mix well
Add some water and oil. Knead well to a soft dough.
Apply some oil and cover it with wet muslin cloth for 5 min.
Divide it into small balls and using rolling board and rolling pin make small parathas.
Heat tawa and cook the paratha on both sides.
Apply some oil and flip it over.
When it turns gokden brown. Serve it
Tastes good with curd.
