Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 cup atta


  • 1 cup chopped fenugreek leaves


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp carrom seeds


  • 3 tsp oil

Directions

  • Take all ingredients in a large bowl. And mix well
  • Add some water and oil. Knead well to a soft dough.
  • Apply some oil and cover it with wet muslin cloth for 5 min.
  • Divide it into small balls and using rolling board and rolling pin make small parathas.
  • Heat tawa and cook the paratha on both sides.
  • Apply some oil and flip it over.
  • When it turns gokden brown. Serve it
  • Tastes good with curd.
