Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and ginger garlic paste
Saute for 4-5 minutes over medium heat
Add all spice powders and mix well for 30 second
Add tomatoes and cook until mushy
Add mushrooms and mix well
Add 1/2 cup-3/4 cup water with salt and mix well. cover and cook until mushroom are tender
Add spinach leaves and mix well. Cook until spinach wilts
Add cream and mix well. If required, add 1 teaspoon crushed kasuri methi for additional taste
Cook for 1 minute. Switch off. add lemon juice and mix for additional taste
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve warm with roti or naan
