1 cup Spinach (chopped) 1 cup Cabbage (shredds) 1 Onion (sliced) 2 Green Chillies Salt (as required) 1/2 tsp Chilli powder 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp Cummin powder 1/2 tsp Baking powder few Corriander leaves (chopped) 2 cups Besan (Gram flour) 2 tbsp Rice Flour
Directions
Keep a wok on flame pour oil for deep frying. Take a big bowl and mix all ingredients with water to make batter (not watery or dry) easy to scoop with hand and put in the wok. Fry to golden brown color, crisped up pakoras. Remove on strainer then lay on platter. Serve with imli and hot chutneys
