In a pan add ghee, when it starts melting add semolina/ravva to this and fry till it looses raw smell
Now add sugar and mix well at this stage you can add ilachi
Now add water/milk and add preffered food colour and mix well
Simmer the stove and let it cook till all ravva thickens
Meanwhile take a plate and greese with ghee
After kesari is ready transfer to the greesed plate
Now cut into required shape and decorate with cashew and kismis
You can even fry this cashew and kismis along with ravva at the begining and also decorate
