Ingredients

Serves 5

  • 2 cup PASTA

  • 1 medium ONION

  • 1 TOMATO

  • 1/2 cup MUSHROOMS

  • 1/2 cup CAULIFLOWER

  • 1/ 2 cup PEAS

  • 1/2 cup GREEN BEANS

  • 1/2 cup CABBAGE

  • 1/2 cup PEANUTS

  • 1/2 cup CORNS 1/2 cup CARROTS

  • 3 tablespoons SOY SAUCE

  • 1/2 cup paneer Indian cottage CHEESE

  • 3 tablespoons SALT

  • 1 tablespoon RED CHILLI POWDER

  • 1 tablespoon BLACK PEPPER POWDER

  • 1 tablespoon CHAAT MASALA

Directions

    First boil pasta add one tablespoon oil and salt in warm water.after boiling rinse pasta in cold water please so it would not stick

    Now boil cauliflower,carrots and green beans

  • 03

    In another pan put some oil add chopped onion roast for few seconds and put tomatoes

    Now add all the spices one by one and let sit to make smooth tadka type

  • 05

    Now turn the flame very low and add all the vegetables left

  • 06

    Cover the utensil for 5 to 7 minutes

  • 07

    Add soy sauce

  • 08

    Now add boiled pasta and turn the gas off

  • 09

    Cover the utensil just for mixing the material with pasta

  • 10

    Garnish with chili flakes or ketchup according to your wish
