Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 3 big corn cobs


  • 1 tablespoon salt


  • 1 tablespoon redchilly powder


  • 1 tablespoon chat masala


  • 1/2 bunch of finely chopped coriander


  • 2 tablespoons butter/oil/ghee preferably butter


  • 1 cup of water

Directions

  • Remove corn kernels from cobs and cook in pressure cooker by adding salt and water till kernels get dipped in water
  • Now in a pan add butter after it starts melting add corn kernels add saute till water evaporates from kernels
  • Now add red chilly powder, chaat masala and finely chopped coriander
  • Turn off the flame and serve hot 🔥
