Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Yellow moong daal-1/2 cup


  • Green moong daal- 1/2 cup


  • Urad daal- 1/2 cup


  • Ginger green chilli paste- 1 tbsp


  • Salt- 1 tsp


  • Red chilli powder- 1/2tsp


  • Coriander leaves- 1 handful


  • Onion- 2 (cut in round shape)


  • Tomato- 2 (cut in round shape)


  • Tomato sauce- 1 tbsp


  • Green chutney 1 tbsp (optional)


  • Oil- 1tbsp

Directions

  • wash all three daals and sock for 2 hours.
  • Now strain the water .
  • Put the daals into mixer jaar and make smooth paste.
  • Now take out the paste in to a bowl.
  • Add green chilli ginger paste, Salt, red chilli powder, chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Now heat a nonstick tawa. apply some oil.
  • Now spread a ladle full of batter on tawa to a thin chilla.
  • Now cook it on slow flame till underside is done
  • Now flip it and cook it both sides on slow flame.
  • Now take out the chilla in a plate.
  • Now apply some tomato sauce and green chutney on chilla.
  • Place the tomato and onion piece.
  • Cover with another chilla and cut into bite size pieces..
