Ingredients

1 lit whole milk
2 tsp lemon juice/ vinegar
1 tsp mint powder or fresh mint paste
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp black salt
1 garlic clove finely chopped
1/2 tsp butter
1 tsp cornflour 1 cucumber 🥒
1 cucumber
1 cup pomegranate seeds
1 cup chopped iceberg
1/2 cup carrot and red cabbage string cut
Directions
Heat the milk once it boiled add lemon juice and make paneer.
Take clogged in stainer remove all water.
Take it in blender, add half salt, mint and garlic and blend it.
Now in plate spread in square shape. It’s very soft so keep it 5 mins in freeze.
Now cut it into desire shape, keep in airfryer at 350 f for 10-15 min as how crispy you want by sprinkling little butter.
