2 Chicken (pcs) 2 tsp Chilli powder Salt (as required) 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder 2 tsp Paprika 5 tbsp Tomato puree 2 tbsp Butter or Margarine 3 tbsp Oil 1 tbsp Ginger paste 2 tbsp Garlic paste 3 tbsp Tomato sauce (optional) 2 tbsp Chilli sauce (optional) 1 tsp Hot Sauce (optional)
Put all in a pot except chicken, mix all well. Keep on flame, put two pieces of charcoal underneath the pot so it burns as well. Let it cook till almost done if its very watery keep high flame and dry the gravy. Remove from flame and switch off gas. Take a small piece of foil mould in bowl. Then put one teaspoon ghee or butter in it lower it in the pot and put the burning coal on the ghee and cover the pot intact so smoke does not escape atleast keep for fifteen minutes. Serve with naans, chips or pasta.
