Blanch the spinach leaves for 5 minutes , then immediately transfer it into a bowl full of cold water, in order to retain the green colour
When cool , puree it into a fine mixture. Keep it aside
Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
Add cumin and whole garam masala.
Add onion, ginger, garlic and chilli paste
Saute it for 10 minutes
Meanwhile cut the paneer in cubes.
Add the pureed spinach miixture.
Keep the flame low .
Add fresh cream when it had reduced to half of its quantity
Now add in the paneer cubes.
Cook till the paneer is done. Lightly fry the apnder.
Lastly sprinkle some kasoori methi
