Paneer 200g Khoa 100g Cashews 8-10 Blanched Almonds 7-8 Chopped onion 2 Chopped tomato 1 Sugar 1tsp (optionally) Cream 1 tsp All purpose flour 4 tsp Ginger 1tsp Green chilly 2 Chopped coriander 3 tsp Kasoori Methi 1tsp Turmerik powder 1tsp Dry coriander powder 1tsp Garam masala 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Oil 2 cup for frying
Mash well Paneer and Khoa together Crash 5 cashews Add crashed cashews, 2tsp chopped coriander, kasoori methi, 2tsp all purpose flour some salt in Paneer Khoa mixture Mix well Make small balls or in cylindrical shape Spread rest all purpose flour in a plate Coat Kofta ball in all purpose flour Keep in refrigerator for 10 minutes Heat oil in pan on high flame Fry Paneer Kofta till golden brown...keep aside Heat 1 tsp oil Add onion, tomato, ginger and green chilly Saute till soft tomatoes Let it cool Now grind it with blanched Almonds and rest Cashews Heat 2 tsp oil (take from frying pan) Add grind mixture and few water fry for 2 minutes with stirring constantly on medium flame Add whole dry masala and sugar....stir Add 2 cup water and make gravy Keep it thick or thin according to your taste Heat Kofthe in Microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute Set hot Paneer Kofte in a bowl Now put the hot gravy above the Koftas Now garnish first with cream and than rest chopped coriander.
