  • Spinach 1/2 cup

  • Green peas 1 cup

  • coriander 1/4 small cup

  • mint leaves 1/4 small cup

  • green chillies 8

  • Dhaniya powder 1 spoon

  • Garam Masala 1 spoon

  • Chilli powder 1/2 spoon

  • Onions chopped 2 medium size

  • Ginger 1 inch

  • Gargi 10 cloves

  • Tomato 1 big size

  • Oil 20 ml

  • Salt 1 spoon

  • Cream-2 spoons

    Take a small boiling pot add water in pot after water was boiled add spinach cook until 10 minutes after 10 minutes remove the spinach and cool it down at room temperature.

    Take a small Khadi add two spoons of oil after oil is heated add chopped ginger garlic 1 onion and green chillies sorted well now add coriander leaves and mint leaves and cook them up to 5 minutesvoff the stove

    Cool them at room temperature now take a mixie jar add spinach and this mixture and grind it into smooth paste

    Now take a big pot add leftover oil oil was heated well add chopped onions cooked well add chopped tomato and 100 ml of water add coriander powder garam masala powder chilli powder jeera powder in it cook until the tomatoes are becomes soft

    Now add Greenpeace and salt in it cover the pot with lid cook up 90 % green peas are cooked remove the lid add spinach paste and cook up to 10 minutes .

    After 10 minutes are over add two spoons of cream in it and cook up to 2 minutes and off the stove serv hot with Roti or rice

    Note: to reduce cooking time we can also boil the peace before. as per your test you can add water for gravy
