1 l/s Brinjal 1 Onion (chopped) 2 Green Chillies (chopped) Salt (as required) few Corriander leaves (chopped) 1 Tamarind
Grill brinjal on charcoal or direct gas flame, when all sides done. Peel off the skin and cut in cubes. In a bowl put all ingredients and mix well then add brinjal and toss.
