  • 1 kg Prawns (with tails) 2 tbsp Garlic (pounded) Salt 2 tsp Chilli powder 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder 1 Lemon juice 1 tsp Corriander powder 1/4 tsp Cummin powder Sauce: Fresh Cream

    Make marinade of above and add prawns and mix well, marinate for 3hrs. In a pan put 4-5 tbsp of oil and stirfry the marinated prawns till done. Now add fresh cream little by little till you get a thick gravy, dont add more. Let it boil once keep of flame. Garnish with chopped corriander leaves and spring onions.
