  • Fried Fish: 5-6 Fish pcs or Boneless Fish Salt (as required) 1 Lemon juice 1 tbsp Garlic pounded 1 tsp Chilli flakes 3 tbsp All purpose flour Brocolli Stirfried: 1 Brocolli (florets) Salt (as required) Butter Blackpepper (crushed) Mushroom Sauce: 1 cup Button Mushrooms (slice it) Salt (as required) 1/2 tsp Blackpepper powder 1 tsp Garlic (pounded) 1 cup Fresh Cream 1/4 cup milk mixed with 1 tsp Cornflour (mixture)

    Fish Fried: Apply the marinade on fish n deep fry till crisped up. remove on platter Brocolli: Saute Brocolli in butter add garlic, salt n black pepper. Keep besides fish on platter Mushroom Sauce: Braise mushroom slices in butter till nicely browned up, remove in a plate. In same pan add a tablespoon of butter let it melt add garlic and saute, add milk mixture and cream stir continously till it thickens, add pepper and salt with chopped parsely and mushrooms mix it, pour on fish. serve as you pour cream
