2 cups Semolina (Sooji) 1 tsp Baking powder Sugar (as required) Milk 6 Eggs 1 tsp Cardamom powder few Saffron strands 1 tbsp Butter
Take a big bowl add in eggs and whisk till nicely fluffed up add semolina, sugar, cardamom, saffron strands and baking powder then mix well, pour milk little by little and continue beating till you get thick pouring consistency. Take a small pan and add a tablespoon of ghee keep on flame. Pour two serving spoon of batter. Let it brown on one side, turn it care fully. Fry the other side till browned up. Can use one big pan and put small dollops of batter in 5 sides to get small pancakes.
