1 cup Dahi (Yogurt) 1 cup Besan (Gram flour) 1 tsp Salt pinch of Turmeric 1 n half tsp Ginger/Garlic (pounded) 1 Lemon Juice 3 n hlf tbsp Oil pinch of Soda Bicarbonate 3 n hlf tbsp Sooji/Semolina 2 Green Chillies (pounded)
Keep a big pot for steaming or dhokra steamer on flame with water. Mix all ingredients together, when water starts boiling add 1-2 tsp ENO fruit salt and stir well, pour on a greased small thhali, sprinkle chilli powder. keep for steaming till done. when done cut squares Garnish: make vaghaar/temper of mustard, cummin seeds, sesame and green chilli flakes pour over two tablespoon grated coconut little sugar and salt then sprinkle on the dhokra squares with chopped corriander leaves.
