  • Egg 6 (hard boiled) Cottage cheese 100g (Small diced) Chopped garlic 1tsp Bell peppers 1cup (Small diced) Onion 1 (Small diced) Coriander leaf 1/4 tsp Soya sauce 1/2 tsp Red chilly sauce 1tsp Green chilly sauce 1tsp Vinegar 1/2 tsp Cornstarch 1tsp Oil 2 tsp Salt to taste

    Cut hard boiled eggs in two parts Remove yolks Heat 1tsp oil in a pan and stir fry boiled egg whites from both sides Once it done ...keep aside Heat rest oil in a pan on medium flame Add chopped garlic and fry for 30 seconds Add diced onion saute for 1 minute on high flame Add Bell peppers and saute all for a minute Add all sauces one by one...stir well Add vinegar...stir Add salt...stir Add diced cottage cheese srit and mix well Cook for a minutes on high flame Keep stir fry boiled egg whites in a tray Fill cottage cheese in all... Garnish with coriander leaf Protein Tray is ready
