1 Chicken (normal pcs) Salt (as required) 1/2 Onion (chopped) optional 1/2 cup Soup Pasta 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder 1/4 Ginger (pounded) 3-4 Garlic (pounded) 1 tbsp Ghee/Butter few Cloves few Black Pepper Corns few Saffron strands
Directions
Braise onions if using till pinkish color, add cloves, black pepper, ginger and garlic saute well add chicken and braise till whitish color. Add 3-4 cups of water, turmeric, saffron and salt with pasta, boil till done.
