3 mugs (250gms) of All Purpose Flour 1 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Sugar 4 tbsp Milk Powder 1 tbsp Garlic (pounded) few Parsely (chopped) 2 tsp Yeast 6 tbsp Oil Spread: 2 tbsp Butter 1 tsp Garlic Paste
Spread: Mix both well Dough: Bind dough using all ingredients with warm water to soft dough, make sure dough is kneaded well. Let it rise till its double in size. Make balls of dough and fold in any shape you want. Lay on greased tray, glaze with beaten egg, let it fully rise then bake on 200°C till nicely browned up. Just after removing from oven spread butter garlic paste on top.
