Take toor dal in pressure cooker. Add turmeric, garlic, tomato, spinach in it and 2 cup water. Cook for 3 whistles.
Heat oil and add mustard seeds.
Add chopped onions, curry leaves and saute for a minute.
Add salt, coriander powder and mix well.
add peanuts and let it come to boil.
Add water if required and bring it to boil.
Heat some oil and add red chilli powder in it.
add this tempering onto the daal and mix well.
serve hot.
