Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup urad dal

  • 1/2cup moong dal

  • 1/2cup tuvar dal

  • 1/2cup chana

  • 1/2cup kaju

  • 1/2cup rajma

  • 1/2cup masoor dal

  • 1/2 dal moong

  • 1cup shredded panner

  • 1/2cup chopped onion

  • 1/2cup tomato pieces

  • 1/2cup coriander

  • 1tsp chilli pieces

  • 1tsp salt

  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder

  • 1/2tsp pepper

  • Oil 1tsp

  • Butter 1cube

Directions

    Take a bowl put 9 types of dals and cereals pour water to soak 4 to 5 hours

    After 4 hours strain water

  • 03

    Transfer into blender make fine paste add water as like dosa consistency

    Add salt,turmeric powder on to dosa batter mix well

  • 05

    Mean while take a bowl put panner,onion,tomato,chilli,coriander,salt,pepper mix well stuffing is ready

    Heat tavva apply oil pour dosa batter make dosa

    Stuff already prepared panner masala on to dosa close and fri 2 min once its fried close another side take out to plate ready to serve cheela

    Serve with tomato sauce
