  • 2 Cup Peanuts ; 1 Cup Sugar ; 2 tsp Cardmom powder; 1/2 Cup Water; 3 tsp Ghee


  • Roast the peanuts and remove it's covers. Don't roast too much.
  • Now with the help of grinder make it's powder.
  • Now in a pan take sugar and add water. Let it boil for 3-4 minutes. Now add cardmom powder. Mix it well. Now add Ghee and peanut powder. Mix it well.
  • When it will start leaving pan remove mixture in a greased plate.
  • Let it cool down. Now cut Peanut Katli in desired shape.
