  • 1/2 kg Beef Mince Salt (as required) 1 tbsp Garlic (pounded) 2 Green Chillies (pound with Garlic) 1/2 tsp Ginger paste Cinnamon powder 1 tsp Cummin Seeds (roast then pound it) 1/4 bunch Corriander leaves (chopped) 1/2 tsp Chilli powder 1 tbsp Yogurt 2 Bread Slices (soaked in water then strained all water) 4 Eggs (hard boiled, peel and half it then sprinkle salt and pepper) Gravy: 3 Tomatoes (chopped) 2 Onions (chopped) 4 tbsp Tomato Puree 1 tsp Cummin powder 1/2 tsp Garam Masala few Cloves, Black Pepper Corns and Cinnamon sticks 1 tsp Chilli powder little Turmeric powder 1 tbsp Garlic (paste) small piece of Ginger (slivered)

    Kofta: Mix all well except eggs, scoop a ball of mince mixture flat it like puri on your palm and lay egg half and cover it to make a kofta. keep in a plate, do the same for all. Gravy: In a pan put oil and braise onions till browned up add whole garam masala then add tomatoes, ginger, garlic and spices make a paste like, add tomato puree and add little water and put koftas and cook till done. Garnish with chopped corriander leaves.
