Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 bunch spinach/palak


  • 1 cup besan/senaga pindi


  • 1/4 th cup rice flour/beyya pindi


  • 1 tablespoon salt


  • 1 tablespoon red chilly powder


  • 1 teaspoon baking soda


  • 1 tablespoon hot oil


  • 1 handful of coriander seeds


  • 1 tablespoon chaat masala

Directions

  • In a bowl add cut spinach, besan, rice flour, salt, red chilly powder, baking powder and water and mix well
  • Batter neither should be flowing consistency nor a tight dough
  • Now heat 1 tablespoon oil and add to the batter so that pakodi get hollow and crunchy
  • Now deep fry pakodi by dropping them in hot oil
  • After they turn golden brown transfer them onto a tissue paper so that they absorb oil
  • Now dry roaat coriander seeds and make a fine powder later add salt, red chilly powder and chaat masala to it
  • Sprinkle the above mixture on hot pakodi
  • If it is sprinkled when hot powder get finely sticked to pakoda
