In a bowl add cut spinach, besan, rice flour, salt, red chilly powder, baking powder and water and mix well
Batter neither should be flowing consistency nor a tight dough
Now heat 1 tablespoon oil and add to the batter so that pakodi get hollow and crunchy
Now deep fry pakodi by dropping them in hot oil
After they turn golden brown transfer them onto a tissue paper so that they absorb oil
Now dry roaat coriander seeds and make a fine powder later add salt, red chilly powder and chaat masala to it
Sprinkle the above mixture on hot pakodi
If it is sprinkled when hot powder get finely sticked to pakoda
