I dedicate this kebab to those who love their vegetables and to those moms who want to add nutrition to their childrens diet .It is very tasty and delicious .Can also be served in parties as snacks or as a starters also.

Ingredients
Serves 4
spinach 750gm
boiled potaoes 2medium size
paneer 250gm
grated carrot 1 big
chopped coriander leaves 1 small bunch
ginger green chilli paste 1tbsp
salt 2tsp or as per taste
zeera powder 1/2 tablespoon
red chilli flakes 1tsp
pepper powder 1tsp
garam masala 1tsp
breadcrumbs 2cups
oil 1 cup for shallow frying
Directions
Blanch the spinach in hot water ,Remove and drain in a colander.when cooled down chop the spinach finely.now add rest of the ingredients .and mix well.Make into small kebabs / flat round disc . In a plate spread the bread crumbs add 1 pinch of salt and pepper and mix it .Now take the kebabs and coat with the breadcrumbs and keep in a plate .Keep in the fridge for 15 mts to set, this helps in easier frying. at this point you can freeze for later use .It can be stored in the freezer for one week.heat a frying pan or a tawa ,add oil to it and place the kebabs for shallow frying.Fry on both side till crisp and brown .
