Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour


  • 1 /2 cup powdered jaggery


  • 2 cups greek yoghurt / or milk


  • 1 teaspoon baking powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda


  • 10ml vanilla essence


  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder

Directions

  • In a bowl add all dry ingredients like whole wheat flour , baking soda , baking powder , jaggery powder , cocoa powder and mix all the ingredients thoroughly .
  • Now add wet ingredients to it ..
  • Add vanilla essence and milk or yogurt to the dry ingredients and mix all the ingredients throughly and make a batter of thick consistency ..
  • Grease the round baking mould and add the batter in it ..Keep some of the batter for making heart shaped muffins to be placed later on this circular disc
  • Keep the round baking tray ..and the heart shaped muffins in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes
  • Take out the cake and the muffins by checking with the tooth pick in the center
  • Demould them after cooling
  • Now we have to assemble it .
  • On the circular cake arrange the heart shaped muffins as shown in the picture
  • Sprinkle the powdered sugar on it .
  • Arrange the strawberries as shown in the picture
