In a wok add Ghee on a medium flame.
Add sooji and start roasting it till it starts turning slight pinkish in colour .
Now add besan and stir it throughly
Roast the combo for few more minutes till the aroma starts coming
Keep the flame on low now .
Add milk and water .
Add powdered sugar
Stir all the ingredients thoroughly
Allow the sooji to absorb water ..
Gradually we will see the sooji besan starts condensing by losing water ..
Add rose essence or kewara
Add dry fruit on it
Now we will pour this warm halwa in the heart shaped silicion moulds to get the desirable heart shape .
