Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Bread slice 5-6 piece

  • Milk 1/2liter

  • Sugar 2-3tbsp

  • Rose essence 1/2sp.

  • Rose syrup 2-3sp.

  • For sugar syrup- sugar 1cup

  • Water 1/4cup

  • Oil/ghee 2cup for frying

Directions

    Cut the bread by heart shape cookie cutter.

    Add sugar n water in pan n make 1 string consistancy sugar syrup.

    Reduce the milk in pan add sugar n rose water like rabdi keep in fridge.

    Now put the wok on flame add oil/ghee deep fry all the cuted heart shaped bread .

    Now dip in sugar syrup about 10-15min.

  • 06

    Now transfer the soaked sahi toast in plate serve with rabdi pour serve with syrup.
