  • Suji-1cup


  • Beetroot plup-4tbsp


  • Curd-5tbsp


  • Hungcurd-3tbsp


  • Eno-1/2tsp ginger dilli paste1tbsp


  • Salt-1tsp


  • Tempering. Mustered seeds-1tsp


  • Curry patta-6-7


  • Sesame seefs-1tsp


  • Oil-2tbsp green chillies-6

Directions

  • Mix suji and curd in a bowl.leave for 1 hour
  • Add pulp of beetroot oil ginger chilli paste.add 1tbsp oil
  • Mix well add salt and eno.mix
  • Grease muffins mould in heart shape.
  • Fill 3/4 cup.microwave it for 4-5minutes
  • Heat oil in a pan.add mustered serds.when crack add curry patta green chillies sesame seeds fry for a miinute.
  • Apply hung curd on .muffins.pour tempering on top.
