Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 2 cup boiled mashed potato

  • 2 cups poha

  • 1/2cup grated cheese

  • 1tsp salt

  • 1tsp red chilli powder

  • 1tsp amchoor

  • 1/2tsp garam masala

  • 1tbsp lemon juice

  • Chopped coriander 2 tbsp

Directions

    Grind poha in a grinder

  • 02

    Take a big bowl add all dry and wet ingredients except oil

  • 03

    Add salt and masala

  • 04

    Heat oil in a pan

  • 05

    Shape tikki in heart shape or cut with cookies cutter.

    Fry them in hot oil .

  • 07

    Till golden and crisp

  • 08

    Serve hot with your favorite chutney or sauce
