For making Rassa Aloo:
Boil the potatoes and peel them. Cut them into cubes.
Heat a pan. Add ghee. Add tomato paste to it and cook well.
Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Mix well.
Add potato cubes to it.
Add water and cook for around 7-8 minutes.
For making Heart shape pooris :
Add wheat flour to a bowl. Add salt and knead the dough using water.
Take a ball size dough. Roll it. Cut it in heart shape.
Similarly make all the heart shape pooris.
Heat oil for deep frying.
Deep fry the pooris.
Serve with Rassa Aloo
