Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups oats


  • 1/2cups sooji


  • 1 cup curd


  • Salt 1/2tsp


  • Eno 1tsp


  • 4 tsp oil

Directions

  • Dry roast oats in a thick bottom pan
  • Dry roast sooji in the same pan
  • Take a big bowl.add curd sooji , oats , salt mix well and make a thick batter.
  • Add some water and mix well
  • Add eno mix well
  • Apply oil in the dhokla plate
  • Add batter in the plate and steam for 10 minutes .
  • After cooling transfer into a plate
  • Cut with heart shaped Cookie cutter .
  • Serve hot with chana dal peanut cutney
