Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1 & 1/2 cup maida


  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder


  • 1 cup powder sugar


  • 1 & 1/2 teaspoon baking powder


  • 1 teaspoon baking soda


  • 1 cup curd


  • 1 cup and 2 tablespoon milk


  • 1/4 cup oil


  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence


  • 1 teaspoon red food color


  • 1 cup sugar syrup


  • 3 cup whipped cream


  • 1/4 teaspoon orange emulsion


  • 1/4 teaspoon rose emulsion


  • 1 teaspoon sugar hearts

Directions

  • In a bowl sieve maida, sugar powder, baking powder, baking soda, and cocoa powder thrice.
  • In another mixing bowl add curd, milk, oil, and vanilla essence beat it well. Then add red color and mix well
  • Now add maida mixture in batches and mix well.
  • In a heart shape mould put butter paper and pore this mixture in it. Tap twice.
  • In a preheat oven bake it for 30-35 min. On 180 degree
  • Now cool it completely
  • Remove hard part of cake and crumble it and keep aside
  • Now make 2 equal slices from cake
  • Soak both with sugar syrup
  • Apply whipped cream on one part put another slice on it and cover whole cake with whipped cream
  • Now add orange emulsion in 1 cup cream put leaf nozzle and whipped cream in piping bag and garnish as your choice
  • Sprinkle cake crumbs on top,and lower part of cake add rose emulsion in 1 cup whipped cream mix it put writting nozzle and garnish as your choice.
  • Garnish with sugar 💕 hearts.
